Entry Fees  Early Entry:  12 April - 15 July 2017            PPA Member      R1500.00            Non PPA Member      R1800.00  Late Entry:  16 July - 15 August 2017           All Entries                                         R2000.00
                                     Substitution Fee    R100.00        Substitutes may be submitted up until the entry closing        date.  No substitutions will be permitted after the entry        closing date.        Entry fee inclusive of:    Registration function at Cape Union Mart      Race number and participant wrist band*            Goodie bag.            Check Point Box Service at CP1 and CP4.            Supper ticket at Kaleo            Official T/shirt and medal.        *Participation wrist band must be worn at all times and       will allow the participant access to the start and meals as       listed above.       Deferment       No deferment of entry will be granted. However, a refund of entry       fee less 10% will be considered at the discretion of the race       organisers if supported by proof of a valid reason.       Optional Services       The following optional extras are available to participants  on a first       come/first served basis.       Bus Ticket - 1:  Cpt/Sutherland/Ceres/Cpt             R475.00 per person                       The Day Trippers buses will depart Cape Town    on Friday afternoon, time and pick up points to    be confirmed, and deliver participants to Sutherland.    The bus will return to Cape Town from Ceres on Sunday    morning.          Unfortunately no facilities are available for the    transport of tandems.      Bus Ticket - 2:  Ceres(Kaleo)/Sutherland   R375.00 per person                          The bus will leave Ceres(Kaleo) on Friday afternoon       and deliver entrants to the start in Sutherland.                               Hostel:        Sutherland          R175.00 per person       Hostel accommodation in Sutherland is limited and is on a per person       sharing basis in a 4 bed male/female configuration and all bedding is       provided.  Should participants wish to book private rooms eg: Husband       and Wife/Family rooms they will need to communicate their requirements       per email to Martin and pay for all the beds in that specific room even       if unoccupied.       Camp Site:      Sutherland     R75.00 per person       Camp sites are on the Sutherland High School sports field and the fee is       per person (Site only.
